Columbia University support staff won our first contract in 1985. Since then we have continued to win major improvements in pay and benefits, and more justice in the workplace.

After months of arduous negotiations, our union reached an agreement with Columbia University on a new contract, which was ratified by the membership on April 11, 2007.
